Shipping & Returns

Within the US
At the Living Textiles Company, we will ship your order as soon as possible and the estimated delivery time within the US will be approximately no more than 6 working days for our standard rate delivery.

Your parcel will be delivered by courier service during normal business hours.  If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect and a card will be left for you, notifying you of the delivery and location of your parcel.

A flat rate* of postage and handling fee USD$10.00 will apply to all deliveries under USD $100 within the US, and for all orders over USD $100 shipping will be free.

*Flat rate postage excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and current territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other minor Outlying Islands)

International and Australia 

We currently do not offer international delivery service directly from our US company to overseas locations. However, if you are from Australia, you may order online from our Australian website www.livingtextiles.com.au for any Australian delivery service.  If you’d like to order product in any other international location, please do let us know and we can see what arrangement can be made as we grow our international operations.

At the Living Textiles Company, we take great pride in premium quality products and the safety of our products.  We do understand there are instances in which you may want to or need to return a product.

Return of products purchased from livingtextiles.com

Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the product.  However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organize the prompt replacement of the product.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including if you change your mind), you may return the product unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value.  Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or we may deduct up to 20% of the original sales price from the refund amount.  The Living Textiles Company is unable to accept returns on discount or sale items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear.  We are unable to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or there is no record of the issue, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.

To make a return by mail, simply complete the return form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise.  Please indicate the reason for return and the preferred action you would like to see taken, such as a replacement or refund.  Next, simply place the return form in the box with your merchandise and send it back to us.  If you do not have your original invoice, please contact us in advance of sending the product back to us so we may assist you.

Please note that postage will not be refunded if you change your mind about the product and the return postage will be covered at your own cost.  

Return of products purchased from retail stores

Living Textiles Company cannot replace or refund items purchased directly from any retail stores or other online stores.  Please contact the store you purchased the product from directly and find out about their specific return policy, but please do let us know if there are any issues or concerns so that we may address it directly with the retail vendor.
